Truck Driver (Part-Time Temporary)
Covington, LA | $21.00/Hour
A company in Covington, LA is seeking a dependable Truck Driver for a part-time temporary position. This opportunity is expected to run from mid-September through November and offers a flexible schedule of approximately 2-3 days per week.
Job Duties
- Drive a 26-foot box truck to make deliveries within a 100-mile radius
- Start routes early, with departures before 7:30 AM
- Load and unload rolling racks at delivery locations
- Safely operate a liftgate
- Complete deliveries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all safety and driving regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Class A or Class B CDL welcomed
- Previous experience driving a 26-foot box truck preferred
- Ability to load, unload, and handle rolling racks and delivery equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working early morning hours
- Strong attention to safety and customer service

- $21.00 per hour
