Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a company in Pearl River, LA.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay & Benefits
- $17 per hour

Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls (primary responsibility)
- Data entry and record updates
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries
- Research credits and account information
- Navigate multiple databases to locate and verify information
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to learn and work within several database systems
Physical Requirements
- Combination of sitting and walking throughout the workday
