Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly experienced Senior Production Manager Supervisor for a leading manufacturing facility in Holden, LA.
This key leadership position will oversee daily production operations, directly managing approximately 90-100 employees through a team of 10 Production Team Leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing operations, driving productivity, developing teams, and maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

- Monday-Friday
- 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day production operations
- Directly manage and support 10 Team Leads across multiple production lines
- Lead, coach, and develop a workforce of approximately 90-100 employees
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and operational goals are met
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies
- Monitor productivity, staffing, workflow, and performance metrics
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve company objectives and growth goals
Qualifications
- Required: Extensive experience in manufacturing supervision, production management, or senior operations leadership
- Experience managing large employee populations in a production environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to improve processes, increase efficiency, and manage production performance
- Stable work history with demonstrated leadership success
Compensation
- $130,000-$150,000 annual salary
