Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
A manufacturing company in Bossier City is seeking a full-time Assembly/Line Production Worker to join their team. This position is responsible for assembling components on a production line, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and efficient work area. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble parts or products according to detailed instructions and specifications

Operate production line equipment and hand tools safely and effectively

Inspect and test assembled products for quality assurance

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and comply with safety regulations

Meet daily production goals and report any issues to the supervisor

Assist with loading, packaging, or labeling as needed
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Prior assembly or production experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Good hand-eye coordination and reliability

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
