Jacob Carnes is a seasoned business leader and known for his exceptional management skills and strategic insight at a notably young age. His career spans pivotal roles at Chick-fil-A, Sam’s Club, and as Marketing Director at Express Employment Professionals - Texarkana, showcasing his ability to drive success and foster organizational growth. 

Equipped with a degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University of Texarkana, Jacob has seamlessly blended his academic knowledge with real-world experiences to excel in leadership, organizational design, and marketing. His commitment to excellence is further evidenced by his 7-year active involvement with Rotary International, demonstrating his dedication to  community service and economic development. 

At the heart of Jacob’s professional philosophy lies a passion for leadership and a vision for enhancing organizations to achieve economic success in his community. Alongside his professional pursuits, Jacob is a devoted husband and father, with his family fueling his drive to inspire and educate future leaders. 

As a general manager, Jacob leverages his diverse experiences and insights to empower professionals with the tools they need to lead with confidence, innovate within their organizations, and contribute positively to their communities.

Mariah Woodle

Office Services Staffing Consultant

Mariah Woodle is a motivated professional with a strong foundation in leadership and workforce development. She graduated from Genoa Central High School in Texarkana, Arkansas, in 2021. While still in high school, Mariah held leadership roles in the restaurant industry, where she developed valuable skills in team management, customer service, and daily operations.

In January 2024, she relocated to Shreveport, Louisiana, to pursue a career opportunity with Express Employment Professionals. In her role, Mariah is committed to connecting great people with great jobs and supporting families by helping them achieve stable and meaningful employment.

Front Office Coordinator

I am a devoted wife and proud mother of two amazing children that inspire me every day. Family is the center of my life , and spending quality time together is what matters the most to me. I love being outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. I feel most at peace, and it is my therapy! Skating is another passion that brings me joy and energy. I am a warm-hearted person who truly loves people and values genuine connections. I strive to live with gratitude, kindness and purpose, embracing every moment life gives while standing grounded with faith and family!

With over 10 years of management experience and seven years of front office operations. I have built a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and customer - focused service. I am a 2008 graduate of Grant high school and am known for my ability to multitask , support teams and maintain efficient office operations in faced-paced environments.
