Job Title: Steel Fabricator/Welder
Location: Shreveport, LA
Salary: $22 - $25 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in welding and fabricating steel components based on blueprints and specifications. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to operate welding equipment safely, and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and weld steel components per project specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

Use welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to assemble steel structures.

Ensure all welds meet quality standards and pass required inspections.

Operate welding equipment and tools safely.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.

Adhere to safety and quality protocols at all times.
Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in steel fabrication and welding.

Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.

Strong attention to detail and quality.
