Pay: $17.00/hour

Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components, ensuring welds meet specifications and quality standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine project requirements.
Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Identify and troubleshoot welding defects and recommend corrective actions.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Keep records of completed work, including materials used and project timelines.
