Perform routine maintenance and repairs in residential units and common areas, with a focus on plumbing (toilets, sinks, water heaters, drains) and electrical systems (lighting, outlets, breakers)

Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner

Complete unit turns, including minor drywall repair, painting, and appliance hookup

Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems, utilities, and mechanical equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues independently

Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

Ensure maintenance areas and equipment rooms are kept clean, safe, and secure

Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs when needed

Communicate effectively with property management staff and residents

Exhibit leadership and initiative, with a willingness to grow into a Maintenance Manager role
