Crimp terminals, splice wires by hand or with machines, and route wiring neatly and safely.

Label wires and components according to electrical standards and documentation.

Perform soldering tasks on wires and components where required.

Work with voltage and AMP devices, ensuring proper selection and installation of components.

Utilize electrical troubleshooting skills to test, diagnose, and correct wiring issues.

Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with continuous improvement efforts.

Experience in panel building, electrical assembly, or related electrical work.

Hands-on experience with crimping, splicing, labeling, and soldering.

Strong understanding of voltage, amperage, and basic electrical components.
