Job Summary: Train in all jobs functions relating to the packers, Floor person, and Mold Technicians responsibilities.
Essential Functionals:
- To assist the supervisor in startups and be able to run machines without any help.
- be able to trouble shoot problems so they can inform supervisor or maintenance where problems are occurring.
- Be able to clean, polish molds and core rods.
- When supervisor is gone, he/she should be able to take over their jobs duties without question.
- Have knowledge of all QC requirements on bottles and be able to perform all necessary test on the bottles.
Additional Functions:
- Be able to help train others on how printing the boxes show be done, as well as bottle packaging, and on how many boxes should be put on each pallet.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Experience preferred in plastic related field or a good mechanical background.
- Ability to troubleshoot and process issue that arise.
- Computer Knowledgeable
Working Conditions:
- Will have to go through all classes as required of employees and pass ninety-day trail period.
- Should also be able to lift, push or pull up to one hundred pounds.
- Be able to pull preforms off core rods using a brass tool in a timely manner.
- Regular schedule, 11pm-7:30am, Monday through Friday
- Pay rate= $19.oo/hr-$24.00/hr, plus a 10% Shift Differential
