Job Full Description
Title: Janitor/Maintenance Tech
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 4PM-12AM: Saturday 2PM-10PM
Pay: $17.64
Location: Kansas City, MO 64147(Grandview Area)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Maintain floors (e.g., waxing, buffing, and polishing as needed)
- Follow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use cleaning equipment safely
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be able to pass background with no convictions within the past 7 years.
