General Sales Manager
Location: Kansas City Metro Area
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Pay: $100,000–$175,000+ OTE (Base + Volume, gross and CSI performance pay)
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Kansas City automotive dealership group seeking an experienced General Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead new, used, and F&I sales operations
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, pricing, and deal structure
- Recruit, coach, and develop sales staff
- Oversee CRM, BDC, and digital sales processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of dealership sales management experience
- 2+ years as a General Sales Manager or similar leadership role preferred
- Strong experience in both new and used vehicle sales
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Experience with dealership DMS, CRM, and inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record; ability to pass background check
