Material Handler / Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $20-$25

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler/Forklift Operator to safely move, load, unload, and organize materials in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
Essential Duties
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment.
- Transport materials between storage and production areas.
- Count, label, record, and organize inventory.
- Secure materials for transportation to prevent damage.
- Operate industrial trucks, carts, and material-handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or related experience.
- Previous forklift certification and experience required.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Inventory or ERP system experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Team player with problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and operate equipment for extended periods.
- Frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with machinery and forklift traffic.
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions within the past seven years
