Job Full Description
Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls appropriately
Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or office systems
Maintain patient records and update insurance and contact information
Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with billing questions
Collect payments and co-pays; post charges and payments in practice software
Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists for patient flow
Handle administrative duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, and data entry
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
