Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns accurately.

• Collect and review client financial information (income, expenses, deductions, credits).

• Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and deductions.

• Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.

• Maintain organized client records and documentation.

• Support clients during audits or tax authority inquiries.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and software.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

• Proficient with tax preparation software.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and client service skills.

• Certification preferred (IRS PTIN, CPA, or EA).
