Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay: $19.25 – $20.25 per hour
Schedule:
- Training (Day Shift): Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Regular Shift (After Training): Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves working on a linear production machine similar to an old-style print press. The position includes catching and stacking product, performing quality checks, and supporting production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with a linear, print press-style machine
- Catch and stack finished product
- Perform basic quality control inspections
- Monitor machine performance and report issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of machine operator experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills (including fractions and decimals)
- Ability to read and use a ruler accurately
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Reliable and detail-oriented
Additional Information:
- Candidate will start on day shift for training before moving to the evening shift
- Equipment is older and requires attention to detail and hands-on operation
