Location: Mahwah, NJ
Pay Rate: $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time, 9/80 schedule. Occasional overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
Employment Type: Non-Exempt

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable Assembly Associate with experience in light assembly or electro-mechanical assembly to join our team in Mahwah. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions.
This position involves assembling components, installing frames and glass, and working with adhesives, epoxies, RTV, and sealants to ensure products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Install frames (bezels) and glass using appropriate tools and materials.
- Apply RTV, epoxies, adhesives, and sealants as required.
- Measure and inspect finished components to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Gather parts, tools, and materials needed for production.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and report equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Complete production paperwork and quality control documentation.
- Monitor supplies and report inventory needs.
- Assist with training team members as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of light assembly or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Manufacturing experience required; electronics assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and use good judgment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
