Industrial Mechanic - Production/Packaging

Our client, a global leader in the development, manufacturing, and packaging of innovative reactive hair care products, is seeking an experienced Packaging Mechanic to join their team in Freehold, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, troubleshoot, and repair form, fill, and seal packaging machines

Maintain and service various filling machines (auger, bottle, and tube) for powder and liquid products

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues

Operate and maintain Allen-Bradley PLC systems and standard shop equipment
-
Collaborate with production staff to ensure optimal performance
What You Bring:

10+ years of experience in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical packaging industry

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Proficiency with packaging and filling machinery
-
Familiarity with A/B PLCs and general shop tools

A safety-conscious, team-oriented mindset
