Stair Shop Associate (Manufacturing / Carpentry Focus)
Ocean County, NJ
$17–$18/hr | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Our client, a leading supplier of high-quality building materials, is seeking a Stair Shop Associate to join their skilled manufacturing team. What You’ll Do:

Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of custom stair systems

Measure, cut, and shape wood components using various hand and power tools

Follow blueprints and shop drawings to ensure precision and quality

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Collaborate with a supportive team to meet production goals and deadlines
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in carpentry, woodworking, or stair manufacturing a plus (but not required)

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to read a tape measure and follow technical instructions

Reliability and a positive attitude—ready to learn and contribute
