We’re hiring a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join a precision-driven manufacturing team in Eatontown, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys hands-on technical work, and wants dependable hours with room to grow.
What You’ll Do
· Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) to meet tight specifications
· Set offsets, perform tool changes, and conduct in-process inspections
· Read blueprints, G-code, and drawings to complete setups and troubleshoot issues
· Record production data and work closely with the team to maintain quality
What We’re Looking For
· 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience
· Strong mechanical aptitude with tool changing and precision measurement
· Ability to interpret blueprints, code, and technical drawings
· Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and inspection tools
