Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing Components
Location: Eatontown, NJ
Pay Rate: $27-31/hour
Position Type: Full-Time | Technical | Customer-Facing

This role puts you at the center of technical problem-solving—supporting engineers, OEMs, and distributors with product selection, quoting, and customer care. What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with mechanical solutions
- Review past orders and specifications to provide accurate support
- Interpret specs such as load, speed, stroke, duty cycle, voltage, and current
- Analyze customer schematics and blueprints to ensure product compatibility
- Prepare RFQs, track pricing, and deliver timely, accurate quotes
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales support, customer service, or inside sales (industrial/mechanical preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret specs
- Proficiency with technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with ERP or quoting platforms (PBS Manufacturing a plus)
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Bonus: Experience working directly with engineers, manufacturers, or OEM clients
