📋 Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Bookkeeper to join our small but dynamic team. If you have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience and are highly skilled in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, client-focused environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books for multiple clients across various industries

Manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform general ledger entries

Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards

Assist with payroll processing and quarterly tax filings

Prepare financial reports and collaborate on tax preparation

Communicate professionally with clients regarding financial matters
🎯 Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Desktop

Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
