Job Title: Fire Alarm Installation Manager
Location: Central New Jersey
Pay: $100,000 - $130,000 annually (based on experience)

Are you an experienced fire protection professional with strong leadership and project management skills? We’re hiring a Fire Alarm Installation Manager to oversee planning, execution, and completion of fire alarm system installation projects. In this role, you’ll lead installation teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and support fire alarm installers and technicians, providing guidance and feedback
- Manage project schedules, budgets, materials purchasing, and resource allocation
- Ensure all installations comply with NFPA codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to meet customer requirements and contractual obligations
- Maintain strong customer relationships, provide updates, and resolve escalated concerns
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in fire alarm and/or sprinkler system installation, service, or inspection
- 5+ years of business management experience, including profit and loss accountability
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, installation standards, and blueprint interpretation
- NICET certification preferred (not required)
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid NJ Driver License, plus ability to pass background and drug screening
