What You’ll Do
- Contact customers regarding past-due accounts in a professional manner
- Process and review customer credit applications
- Accurately apply customer payments
- Maintain organized records of account activity and communications
- Partner with internal teams to resolve billing or account discrepancies
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or a related field
- Strong understanding of credit and collections practices
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
