Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Tinton Falls, NJ
Pay Rate: $18 – 20 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Sunday (5 days per week) with shifts from 9 AM – 5 PM and 10 AM – 6 PM

What You’ll Do
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat for tax and financial service inquiries
- Assist members with questions about tax filing, refunds, deductions, and account management
- Resolve member issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a smooth service experience
- Educate clients about available tax and financial products and assist with account setup and updates
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, financial services, and company policies to effectively assist members
- Document member interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely solutions
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s in finance or accounting a plus)
- 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in tax or financial services
- Familiarity with tax filing processes, financial accounts, and investment services is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and customer service software
- Travel and overtime availability is required
