What You’ll Do
· Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documentation
· Scan, label, and upload post-closing mortgage documents into internal systems
· Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical records
· Perform general office tasks including data entry, photocopying, and document prep
· Support multiple departments with clerical needs and ensure compliance with company procedures
What We’re Looking For
· High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
· Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
· Comfortable using scanners, copiers, and computer systems (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
· Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities in a team setting
