Job Title: Amazon FBA Specialist
Location: Monmouth & Ocean County, NJ
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour
Position Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday-Friday
We’re hiring an experienced Amazon FBA Specialist to manage and grow a successful Amazon marketplace for a fast-growing chocolate and confectionery brand. This on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives in e-commerce, understands Amazon Seller Central inside and out, and enjoys driving sales performance in a dynamic environment.

Manage daily operations of the Amazon Seller Central account and FBA program

Forecast inventory and manage replenishment with seasonality and shelf-life in mind

Prepare and coordinate FBA shipments in compliance with Amazon requirements

Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon listings and detail pages for visibility and conversion

Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns while monitoring pricing and performance metrics

3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA

Strong knowledge of listing optimization, Amazon PPC, and inventory forecasting

Experience using QuickBooks, Seller Central, and shipping software

Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills

Ability to work on-site in the Tinton Falls/Lakewood, NJ area with reliable transportation
