Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery. The Machine Operator will ensure machines run safely and efficiently while meeting production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machines according to company procedures.
- Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and production standards.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Identify machine problems and report mechanical or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Work with team members, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to resolve production issues.
Qualifications
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
