Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in the production of high-quality metal and alloy powders used in a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, and electronics. They are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate.
Job Summary:
The Production Associate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our production line, ensuring the efficient and safe production of metal and alloy powders. This position requires someone who is hands-on, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery involved in the manufacturing of metal and alloy powders.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and meet production targets.

Conduct routine quality checks and perform minor maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.

Assist in the setup and calibration of production equipment.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.

Package and label finished products for shipment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production workflows and troubleshoot any issues as they arise.

Document production metrics and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in powder production or metalworking (but not required).

Ability to work with machinery, tools, and production equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand, lift, and move materials for extended periods of time.

Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
