Machine Operator – Grout Manufacturing

💵 $23–$25 per hour
🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator for a grout manufacturing facility in Bridgeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, be computer savvy, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor grout production and packaging machinery

Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting

Utilize computer systems to enter production data and track inventory

Inspect materials to ensure quality and consistency

Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow safety protocols

Collaborate with team members and report issues to supervisors

Assist with loading, batching, and mixing materials as needed
Qualifications

Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience a plus

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full shift consistently

Comfortable using computers and data entry systems

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and quality standards
