Pick/Pack Associates – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: West Deptford, NJ
Pay Rate: $16/hour

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and motivated Pick/Pack Associates to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast‑paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately using manual or RF‑scanner processes
• Pack products securely to ensure safe shipment
• Label and prepare packages according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is a plus but not required
