Packing Associate (Spanish Speaking Preferred)
A client is seeking hardworking and reliable Packing Associates to join their production team. This position supports the packing and processing of eggs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production facility and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Schedule & Pay
- Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour
- Start Time: 7:00 AM
- Schedule: Operation runs 7 days per week
- Associates typically work 6 days per week
Responsibilities
- Pack and inspect egg products for quality and accuracy
- Sort, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow food safety, quality, and company procedures
- Work as part of a team in a production environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move product as needed
- Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
