Position Title: Stand-Up Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift
Schedule: Full-Time, Weekend Availability Required
Environment: Refrigerated Warehouse
Location: Floral Wholesale Distribution Facility

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join our growing floral distribution team. This role is responsible for operating stand-up forklifts to move, store, and stage fresh floral products throughout a refrigerated warehouse. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works efficiently while maintaining accuracy, and is committed to workplace safety. Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, move, and stage fresh floral products for shipping and receiving.
• Pick, pull, and prepare orders according to customer specifications.
• Transport products between storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Ensure inventory is handled carefully to prevent damage to floral products.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Accurately complete inventory and shipping documentation as required.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous stand-up forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime when needed.
