Responsibilities for an Apartment Turnover Technician:
- Perform necessary maintenance in apartments, including but not limited to
- Sheetrock repair
- Repainting of units
- Cleaning as needed
- Inspect and test all outlets, lighting fixtures, appliances, locks, plumbing fixtures, heating and A/C unit
- Help complete daily work order requests from occupied apartments
- Occasional snow removal
- Inspection of all mechanicals in the apartments and notify superintendent of any issues
Experience Required:
- Two years of experience in a related field
Qualities Required:
- Ability to support and contribute to a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds consistently
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate:
- $20-25 per hour, depending on experience
