Jennifer is the Office Manager at Express Employment Professionals of Albany, where she brings a genuine passion for helping people succeed. She loves supporting her internal team’s growth, connecting local businesses with the right talent, and helping associates find jobs that make a difference in their lives.

After moving to the Capital Region 13 years ago, Jennifer quickly fell in love with the community and is proud to call it home. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends and attending sporting events (specifically Nascar and baseball).

Light Industrial & Skilled Trades Employment Specialist

Born in New Lebanon, NY and raised in East Greenbush, I enlisted in the United States Army at the young age of 17 and served 5 years with two overseas deployments. My unique position during my time in the Army, at the National Security Agency, allowed me to recruit and train members of the Armed Forces, as well as their civilian counterparts, to deploy to countries around the world with different Special Operations Forces. My experience enabled me to ensure the best match when placing these members in their prospective positions.

After my enrollment with the Army, I moved back to the Albany area and worked in shipping & receiving for 4 years. I came to Express looking for employment and was assigned as a screen printer for a local company where I spent the next 2 years. Looking for a change, I returned to Express and began working on their internal team as an Employment Specialist. As a former Express employee, I understand and believe in their mission of helping people find employment and matching companies with the most suitable candidates.

In early 2020 I was blessed with a beautiful baby boy and married my girlfriend of 6 years. In December of 2023, my family expanded to 4 as we welcomed our lovely baby girl. In my spare time I enjoy playing soccer and spending time with my family.

Ashlynn Bolesky

Front Office Coordinator

As the Front Office Coordinator, Ashlynn is often the first friendly face (or voice!) people encounter when connecting with our agency. She loves helping job seekers take the next steps in their careers and supporting clients by finding dependable talented people to grow their teams. Ashlynn is passionate about making meaningful connections and keeping the office running smoothly to ensure we are able to support every person who comes through our doors.

Born and raised in Upstate New York, Ashlynn takes pride in being a part of her local community. She also brings a unique background in Aviation Science. While her career path has taken a different direction, the precision and attention to detail she developed through her studies continues to serve her well in the staffing world.

This is Ashlynn’s first step in her professional career and she’s driven by one clear goal: to make a positive difference in someone’s life people's lives. She approaches each day with kindness, patience and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Outside of work, Ashlynn is a proud dog mom to three pups and loves spending time with a good book. She has a deep love for the Adirondacks – especially time spent by the lake.
