We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Counter Sales Representative. In the warehouse, you'll be responsible for the movement of goods, including shipping, receiving, stocking shelves, and loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles. This role requires physical activity and the use of forklifts. On the counter, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them in person and on the phone. You'll also use our computer system and email to assist customers and complete tasks.
Job Type: Full-Time, in person
Pay: $18 / hour

Tasks for Warehouse Counter Sales Representative:
- Greet customers warmly and efficiently, using their name when you know it.
- Ensure fast and accurate completion of customer orders, requests, and services.
- Retrieve orders for customers.
- Safely load and unload company vehicles, customer vehicles, and vehicles from other carriers, using the right equipment.
- Pack products for shipping with UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers.
- Receive deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers.
- Organize and store inventory using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a record of consistent on-time arrival.
Qualifications for Warehouse Counter Sales Representative:
- Previous experience in Counter Sales REQUIRED (2 years)
- Previous experience in Warehousing REQUIRED ( 1- 2 years)
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers
- Basic math skills for retail transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Work Schedule for Warehouse Counter Sales Representative:
- Monday-Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM
