Job Full Description
o Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00
o Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
o Key Responsibilities: Manage daily activities of collections department: Develop and implement appropriate collections strategies, achieve collections goals, adhere and comply with regulations, communicate with customer to secure acceptable payments, payment plans, overdue payments, monitor payment plans, use good judgement in making any settlement agreements to settle debt obligation, manage upkeep of spreadsheets tracking all collections efforts and payments, send accounts to third party collections deb servicer in accordance with company guidelines.
o Skills & Experience Required: Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred. Knowing rules and regulations governing debt collections is important
