Compensation: Up to $125,000 based on experience
Work Schedule:
- This role has a varied schedule based on the tax season:
- February 1st - April 15th (approximately 10 weeks): Expect to work around 65 hours per week
- Remaining 42 weeks: The standard work week is 37.50 hours. This typically breaks down to 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday (with a one hour lunch), and 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM on Fridays (no lunch)

- New client payout: For clients that you bring in, you will receive 10% of billings for 3 years (so long as the client is billed at a standard hourly rate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 3+ staff members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth
- Engage in direct communication with clients, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction
- Project management to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and tax engagements
- Play a crucial role in transition clients from a retiring partner, ensuring a seamless experience and continuity of service
Skills & Experience Required:
- 7-10 years of CPA firm management experience
- Proven leadership and client management skills
- Exceptional technical expertise in tax and accounting
- A drive to pursue a future partner track
