Pay Rate: $21.00- $25.00/hr., depending on experience
Benefits:
- Medical, Dental and Vision
- 401K with a 4% company match
- Leasing Bonus: 60% goes to the primary leasing agent, and the remaining 40% is distributed among other staff. Additionally, quarterly bonuses are awarded based on occupancy rates.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 PM
- Some nights and weekends as needed
- Special events or unusual circumstances may require additional on-site presence outside of business hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration
- Prepare all new move-in documents and accurately input lease data into the accounting system
- Manage rent collection, including pursuing past-due payments
- Assist the Community Manager with property operations and resident renewals
- Engage residents to foster a best-in-class living experience
- Marketing & Leasing
- Conduct community tours and showcase available apartments to prospective residents
- Guide interested guests through the application process
- Successfully lease apartments to qualified applicants
Experience Required:
- 3+ years of previous property management experience or office management/bookkeeping is required
- Must have knowledge of property law, leasing and marketing
- Experience with senior housing or experience with luxury property is highly preferred
- Previous experience handling finances and working within a budget
Qualities Required:
- Must be friendly, outgoing and approach every situation with stellar customer service
- Must have the ability to focus, take direction, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Must have a strong attention to detail
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational, management and teamwork skills
- Great administrative skills (Microsoft office)
