Job Full Description
o Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00
o Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
o Key Responsibilities: Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties according to specifications and building codes.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout and installation procedures.
Measure, cut and fit ductwork and piping using appropriate tools and techniques.
Install electrical wiring and controls for HVAC systems, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
Test HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and meet performance standards.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing components as needed.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate installation projects and ensure timely completion.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from homeowners and ensuring their satisfaction with the installed HVAC system.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours and service reports.
o Skills & Experience Required: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration principles.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety. Proven experience as an HVAC installer.
o Education Requirements: EPA Universal Certification for handling refrigerants
