o Pay Rate: $20.00
o Work Schedule: Flexible hours, (2) 4 hour days or (1) 8 hour day
o Key Responsibilities: Rep stocks and merchandises all product according to companies plan o' grams that will be provided. Rep manages and organizes any backstock that may exist in the receiving area of Bass. Rep forecasts product needs and scans in an order back to the company Since Dan drives past the store each week he can assume those order writing responsibilities at first.
o Skills & Experience Required: Merchandising & Display, Planogram Execution, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Problem-Solving. Prior retail, stocking, or merchandising experience. Knowledge of retail sales principles, consumer behavior, and basic visual merchandising strategies.
o Education Requirements: Highschool Diploma
