Job Full Description
A private multi campus institution in Albany, NY. is seeking a Student Advisor to take a proactive role in assisting students achieve academic success. This is a full-time job and does include some evenings and weekends.
If selected, the Student Advisor will receive the following benefits:
- Pay rates starting at $20 based on experience
- Permanent position with a variable schedule (Primary schedule is 8:30AM-5:00pm, with 1 day a week being 10-6pm)

Job Description for the Student Advisor:
- Meet with at-risk students
- Build collaborative student-centered relationships
- Mentor and advise students on proper course scheduling
Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Detail oriented
- Customer service experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote software i.e. Zoom/TEAMS
- Ability to commute/relocate
