Job Full Description
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our client. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hands-on, and focused on maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Pay Rate : $21.50 per hour
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM / Nights and Weekends as needed / Rotating On-Call schedule

Key Responsibilities :
- Complete resident service requests promptly and accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance on apartment homes, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and drywall
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues Prepare vacant units for new move-ins, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Maintain and repair community amenities, common areas, and building exteriors.
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on systems and equipment.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance projects such as testing seasonal equipment, snaking drains, and exterior upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and local building codes.
- Maintain proper documentation of completed work orders, inspections, and safety checks.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed, including participation in an on-call rotation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and coworkers.
- Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Super and Property Manager to prioritize tasks and meet community goals.
- Communicate effectively with residents regarding repair timelines and outcomes.
Skills & Experience Required :
- Minimum 1-3 years of property maintenance or facilities management experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Education Requirements :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
