Job Duties:
Candidates interested in the Account Manager position will be responsible for the following duties:
-Serve as lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
-Assist customers/clients with all their needs
-Prepare reports on account status
-Preform basic office and clerical duties
-Any other duties assigned by facility manager
Qualifications:
Candidates interested in this position must:
- Have 1-3 years of Customer Service or Sales Experience
- Have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to multi-task
