AR/AP Specialist!
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 7:30a.m. - 5:00p.m.
- Every other Saturday 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
Pay:
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Entering invoices for payment.
- Cutting checks
- Balancing statements
- Mail statements out
- Rental car agreements and procurement of rental cars
- Assists with other accounting functions within department as needed.
- Ordering supplies
- Assist the cashier as needed
*Previous experience with accounts payable preferred.
*Excellent computer skills required.
