Assembly / Production Worker
Pay: $18.51+/HR (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional overtime may be required
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for Assembly / Production positions. This role involves assembling components, following instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:
- Assemble parts and components using hand tools and equipment
- Read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints
- Perform quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Report any issues or defects to supervision
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing and background checks
- Ability to lift 10–25 pounds consistently
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
