Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Chandler. This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our facilities and equipment are in top operating condition.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and building systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and take corrective action

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and schematics

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Must be able to work in various environments (e.g., indoors, outdoors, heights)
