Job Title: Maintenance Aid B
Location: Express Employment Professionals – Shawnee, OK
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (no overtime without prior approval)
Pay Rate: $15.07 per hour
Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals in Shawnee is seeking 2 Temporary Maintenance Aid B positions. These are entry-level maintenance roles, ideal for individuals with general handyman or make-ready experience. The primary focus will be preparing vacant units for occupancy, with an emphasis on painting and basic repairs.
Responsibilities:

Perform painting and touch-ups in vacant units

Complete make-ready tasks such as replacing light switches, sinks, faucets, and other minor repairs

Assist with general maintenance duties as assigned

Ensure all work is completed in a safe and timely manner

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:

Previous painting or handyman experience preferred

Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance tasks

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Schedule & Pay:
