Industrial Painter / Painter-Loader | $14/hr
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Industrial Painter / Painter-Loader for a steel fabrication shop in Shawnee, OK. This is a full-time opportunity with overtime available for someone who has spray painting experience and enjoys hands-on industrial work.

Job Responsibilities
-
Prepare steel parts for painting, including cleaning and surface preparation
-
Apply industrial coatings and spray paint to fabricated steel components
-
Load and unload steel materials safely using proper procedures and equipment

Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and accuracy
-
Assist with general shop duties as needed
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all company safety rules and production standards
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in industrial painting or steel fabrication preferred
-
Spray painting experience strongly preferred
-
Ability to pass a basic math test
-
Crane operating experience is a plus
-
Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
-
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
