Assembly Technician – Night Shift – Long-Term, Full-Time Opportunity
Pay: $20.00 / Hour
Schedule:
• Monday – Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (10-hour shifts)
• Overtime currently mandatory
• Weekend OT: Friday – Saturday | 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)
Paid Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks + One 30-minute lunch
Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Assembly Technicians for night shift to support a fast-growing manufacturing team. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours, stable pay, and career growth. Mandatory overtime is currently required, with expectations for overtime to become voluntary once the team is fully staffed.
Responsibilities:

Assemble components and products using hand and power tools

Read and follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and specifications

Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and product consistency

Maintain production flow and contribute to meeting daily output goals

Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift
Requirements:

Assembly and manufacturing experience required

Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift

Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and precision

Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed
